- Individuals for who use of this service has been non-exclusively recognized and who have applied to use this service based on Article 4

- An email address that is used in combination with a password in order to identify the user and other persons when using this service

- A string of letters and/or symbols used in combination with an ID in order to identify the user and other persons when using this service
- ④User Credentials
- A combination of an ID and a password
- ⑤Account
- User authority for this service that can be acquired by obtaining User Credentials
- ⑥This System
- The servers, hardware, and software that The Company owns rights to (including but not limited to ownership, IP, and licenses consented to by third parties) that are necessary in providing this service

- Digital media for e-Learning that can be browsed and viewed using this service
- 1. The contents of this service will be as stipulated in each point below:
- ・To provide access to e-Learning resources and materials to acquire knowledge regarding The Company’s products
- ・To provide access to e-Learning resources and materials to acquire information and knowledge necessary for the operation or maintenance of The Company’s products
- ・To provide information regarding other products of The Company
- ・To provide functions and services incidental to each service above
- 2. The provision period of this service will be two years starting from the month following the date of agreement conclusion as stipulated in the next article. Provision of the paid service will be terminated automatically if renewal procedures are not carried out by the expiration date, and only content that can be browsed and viewed free of charge will be available for use.
- 1. Regarding the agreement with respect to utilizing this service (hereinafter “Usage Agreement”), the user must agree to the contents of This Terms of Use from an online website designated by The Company, enter the necessary information, and apply for the service. The agreement will be regarded as concluded when The Company approves the user’s application and provides the user with an account.
- 2. Persons wishing to use this service can submit applications for multiple persons besides themselves at one time.
- 3. The Company reserves the right to not accept applications for this service if any of the following points apply to the person wishing to use this service:
- (1) If there is incorrect, missing, or false information in the details input from the website
- (2) If The Company determines that the usage of this service is not appropriate for the user
- 4. Without obtaining prior written consent, users are prohibited from transferring a part of or all their position, rights, and duties with respect to the Usage Agreement to a third party regardless of whether it is the paid service or free of charge service.
- 5. The user shall use this service based on their own responsibility and judgment regarding the reliability, accuracy, legality, and usefulness of this service and its contents.
- 6. The user shall immediately notify The Company through a written document or email in case of any change in the information provided to The Company.
- 1. Notices from The Company to the user will be sent to the user’s email address, which is the same as the user ID. The notice will be deemed as being delivered when the email reaches the user’s inbox.
- 2. In the event where the user suffers any loss or damage due to undelivered notices or other reasons as a result of failing to submit any changes in information as defined in Article 4 Item 6, The Company shall not be held responsible.
The usage fees for this service are as mentioned in the appendix, and the user must pay the fees through either of the following payment methods by the deadline designated by The Company: payment must be transferred to a bank account designated by The Company, or made via other designated methods. In addition, any transaction handling charges are to be borne by the user.
- 1. The user is solely responsible for the use and management of their User Credentials issued by The Company.
- 2. The user is prohibited from allowing the use of, lending, transferring, or selling their User Credentials to a third party without prior written consent from The Company.
- 3. The user shall immediately report to The Company if they discover that their User Credentials are being used by a third party.
- 4. If a third party utilizes this service using the user’s User Credentials, the actions of the applicable third party will be considered as the user’s actions.
- 5. In the case where The Company incurs losses due to the suspension or impairment of this service as a result of a user’s User Credentials being stolen or used by a third party, the user who is responsible for managing the applicable User Credentials will be liable to provide compensation for The Company’s losses.
- 1. All property and copyrights (copyrights include the rights stipulated in Article 27 and Article 28 of the Copyright Act, also applies to the below) of this service and its contents including other intellectual property rights are the possession of The Company or third parties who have consented to The Company’s use of them.
- 2. The user consents to only using this service during the usage period, and consents in advance to the fact that any property, copyrights, and other intellectual properties regarding the materials, functions, and information provided through this service (collectively, “Information”) throughout and after the usage period will not become the possession of the user.
The Company reserves the right to suspend all or part of this service in any of the following cases:
- (1) When the user does not pay the usage fees for this service after the date for payment has passed
- (2) During system maintenance
- (3) When the system experiences an unexpected load and The Company determines that it is difficult to provide the service normally
- (4) When the system is falsified or hacked and The Company determines that providing this service might cause damage to the users or third parties
- (5) When the user violates This Terms of Use
- (6) When there are other reasonable reasons to suspend provision of this service
- 1. The Company reserves the right to abolish all or part of this service in any of the following cases. In addition, if the entire service is abolished, This Terms of Use will also naturally be terminated.
- (1) When users are notified one month before the date of abolishment
- (2) When this service can no longer be provided due to natural disasters, wars, civil wars, terrorist attacks, pandemic outbreaks, revision and/or abolition of enactment of laws and ordinances, and/or other force majeure
- (3) When services, etc. that are related to this service and provided by third parties undergo revision and/or abolition, or when The Company is no longer able to use the service provided by the applicable third party
- 2. If this service is abolished based on the preceding item, the usage fees that have already been paid for each Content will not be reimbursed.
- 1. The Company makes no guarantees, implied or otherwise, that this service and the contents provided through this service conform to the specific purposes of the user, and that they include the functions, commercial value, and usefulness that is expected by the user.
- 2. When the user enters and registers their information in the system in accordance with the usage of this service, the user shall be aware in advance that this information will not be handled as confidential information and manage it under their own responsibility. The Company shall not be liable for any losses or damages in case of leakage or loss of the entered or registered information.
- 3. The user shall procure and manage the information access devices, equipment facilities, and communication lines necessary for using this service, and will maintain the usage environment required to use this service at their own liability and expense.
- 4. The Company is not responsible for any losses incurred by the user due to unexpected load, errors, and change or cancellation of this service.
- 5. In case of any issues or disputes related to this service or the use of this service that occur between the user and The Company, other users, or other third parties, the user shall resolve them at their own liability and expense.
The Company is not responsible for possible profits and various types of losses including incidental, indirect, consequential, and special damages arising from Usage Agreement-related defaults or torts regardless of the basis of the claim. The Company limits the maximum compensation amount to the amount equivalent to the applicable fees paid for this service (usage fees for the applicable Content) in any case whatsoever.
- 1. The user shall not disclose or leak any information (including but not limited to technical data, sales secrets, know-how, research details, hereinafter “Confidential Information”) that has been clarified by The Company as being confidential, to a third party.
- 2. The user cannot copy, reproduce, or modify Confidential Information without prior written consent from the Company.
- 1. The Company will only use the personal information (hereinafter “Personal Information”) provided by the user in order to utilize this service within the range of the following stipulated purposes only, and will not disclose or leak the information to a third party, and abide by all ordinances including laws related to the protection of Personal Information.
- (1) Provision of this service
- (2) Provision and proposal of information regarding this service
- (3) Processing such as charging, collection, payment, etc. of usage fees of this service
- (4) Other general purposes such as contacting users, inquiries, responses, etc.
- 2. For users who wish to utilize this service, based on Article 4 Item 2, if a user applies for this service including on behalf of other persons who wish to utilize this service (hereinafter “Proxy Application”), the applying user must take responsibility and make all the applicable users who wish to utilize this service aware of the details of This Terms of Use, and apply only after receiving the agreement of all applicable applicants. With regards to issues that arise due to Proxy Applications, the user who applied on behalf of the other users shall bear any and all responsibility.
- 1. The user is prohibited from performing any of the below actions regarding usage of this service:
- (1) Actions that violate the law and/or public order and morals
- (2) Inappropriate usage of ID, etc.
- (3) Using or providing harmful programs such as computer viruses through or regarding this service
- (4) Infringement or actions that may lead to the infringement of profit and/or intellectual property, rights to usage of one’s likeness, privacy rights, or other rights regarding the trademark rights of The Company or a third party
- (5) Copying, selling, publishing, etc. the information obtained from using this system (including but not limited to the contents) outside of the usage range recognized in the Copyright Act
- 2. If the user has performed any of the actions in Item 1 listed above, the user must immediately inform The Company.
- 3. If the user violates any of the actions in Item 1, The Company reserves the right to terminate provision of this service immediately without any prior notice or announcement.
- 4. The Company will not be responsible for any losses incurred by the user due to the reasons stated in Item 3.
- 1. The user guarantees that they are not part of criminal organizations, groups affiliated with criminal organizations, corporate blackmailers, groups advocating for social movement, special intelligence criminal organizations, and other antisocial organizations (hereinafter “Antisocial Organization”), will not utilize the services of any such Antisocial Organizations, will not have any relation whatsoever to such Antisocial Organizations, and will not make any improper demands of The Company or a third party.
- 2. If the user violates any of the actions in Item 1, The Company reserves the right to terminate provision of this service immediately without any prior notice or announcement.
- 3. The Company will not be responsible for any losses incurred by the user due to the reasons stated in Item 2.
- 1. Regarding the use of this service by the user, if The Company receives a complaint from a third party that arose due to a reason for which The Company does not hold responsibility for, the user must handle and resolve the issue using their own financial resources and responsibility.
- 2. If The Company incurs any losses as a result of the user violating This Terms of Use, the user must provide compensation for all of the losses and costs (including but not limited to profit losses and legal fees).
- 1. In the following cases, The Company can change or revise This Terms of Use at The Company’s discretion:
- (1) When a change in This Terms of Use contributes to the profit of general users
- (2) When the change does not violate the usage purpose, and when the necessity of the change, appropriateness of the details following the change, and the circumstances that led to the change in details and other changes are logical
- 2. If The Company makes any changes or revisions, The Company shall notify all users of the details of the change and the effective date by the effective date via e-mail or other Company-designated methods. The changes made to This Terms of Use will come into effect on the effective date stipulated by The Company, and the conditions after the change will be applied for usage of this service after the applicable effective date.
The Governing Law for This Terms of Use shall be Japanese Law.
Depending on the amount in controversy, the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court shall be the court of jurisdiction and exclusive court of first instance with respect to all disputes that may arise between The Company and the user with regard to This Terms of Use or usage of this service.
- For access rights for paid content, users must purchase the rights per account and per product category*.
- Depending on the number of purchased contents, the price of the access rights may differ per user.
- Access rights are valid for 2 years following purchase.
